City farm / The Waterhouse
The Waterhouse, a boutique hotel located at the South Bund, Shanghai. The goal, design and manage an urban skyfarm on the rooftop cocktail bar to supply Table No.1 with fresh vegetables, herbs and garnishing.
Along side the skyfarm there are numerous lectures and events scheduled at The Waterhouse to promote urban sustainability:
Kitchen composting.
Skyfarm maintenance.
Sustainable packaging exhibit.
